They supporting as a family member they train the employees how to perform their the role according to employees job role. And they aware everything like safety, hygiene. They train the employees how to protect yourself from covid 19 and how to takes precautions and reduce measure to spread this virus.

All staff is supportive, company policies are very good, they appreciates our work. Write now i have to leave company due to covid situation but i know when the situation is normal company welcome us again and i would like to come again in ekfc.

1. Too much of politics within the Department. 2. Growth and promotions are very slow, emphasis is not made on people performance but people preference. 3. Management decision making is very poor. 4. Diversification has been implemented but salary given to some nationalities is below par compared to the preferred nationalities.

I like the EKFC company and his every opportunity if they give us the chance to learn more things

Every thing is good in EKFC but if we talk about promotion so its rating zero no buddy support us for the promotion. They give promotions only know person and relatives. Every interviews they do partiality.
