1 Job security 0 because when u join u treaded very nice but after 6 months something is wrong behavior of your superiors' changes, and u will be dragged by their dirty politics All Qc is wanted to save their jobs while firing others. 2.very less salary and your quality are poor then salary deduction is there. 3.you never get a chance to promote because u already got fired. 5.today you have job if u good to Qc u need to do to make Qc happy. 6.no Saturday off sometime u have to logged in Sundays also if load is there. One task u have to repeat again and again. 7.there is no work satisfaction and every time u revolve around companies' dirty politics....Read More
