Never ever ever join this organization if you want to have peace of mind. You never know when they will fire you. They cal themselves as big data Analytics organization but the project they have are shit. Most of the projects are related to Data Engineering kind of work and lots of report generation and Automation kind of stuff. Theproject managers set unrealistic deadlines which are never met. They keep on pushing the deadlines after project begin. There will be period of time you are not sure when your part of work will come your way. They have laid off around 20% of workforce in India in pretext of Covid but few days after laying off they again started hiring for high paying senior positions. Managers with no experience in data science are leading data science team. There are managers in Pune who are just doing operation kind of work and taking home hefty package. And they are the ones responsible for laying off defying government order.

Shit as hell. There is nothing good about this organization. Don't take job at this organization even if this is the only organization in the whole universe. You will ruin your life, your career family time. Peace of mind will just go away if you join her

You can work and learn different technologies but mostly on data engineering side.It's good that you learn different data engineering technique but beware you will be then treated as data engineer not as data scientist.example you will have to learn aws infrastructure not only basic but a deep dive level introduction which makes no point.There are good opportunity for sas admin and managed sevice but lack projects in data science....Read More

Everything . company ruined in few years. Bureaucracy took over startup culture. everyone ks getting post like cto ,coo,product manager so if you can bring one more client for the company ready to join the company as senior manager. Less number of key efficient people and all are managers.Apart from this you dont get good projects to work on.everything will be in pipe line and on papers to show company is getting good projects....Read More

It was exciting when they have operated as small company of 50 people. But now even 200 people they are not able to manage it properly.what you can expect more.
