Hardly there was anything to like about the work cultural in this company. Terrible and pathetic boss. Don't have any knowledge regarding his own field. Bias to his relatives working over there. Though the director and other staff were supportive at times. But boss had zero knowledge, was working at two places at a time. Uses abusive language against the employees, threatens them on call. Dislikes

The boss of Environmental Department specially, uses foul and abusive language against his employees. Threatens them on call,by calling them at night or any time he feels like. No proper work culture and ethics. Was very unhappy to work under someone who had zero knowledge and was appointed as a boss. Unfortunately very dissatisfied and disappointing experience.

Work Details

Working with other co employees was good, but the work culture was pathetic and really disappointing because of the boss.
