The things I like about working at Core Energy system are that the management was very nice and healthy salary was provided on time without any delay the staff the seniors were very humble and were always ready to help👍

1. Working on Challenging area for procurement of equipment/systems in Nuclear and Technical Field, 2. Handling independently the assignments, 3. Broadening the vision of working in fields in many areas simultaneously viz. mechanical, electrical as well as other technical and commercial fields.

1. Due to continuous working on Lap Top there are strain in eyes. 2. Saturday also working 3. Approval takes longer time resulting into delay in PO placements as well as payment clearance. 4. Very strict adherence to daily reporting time

Overtime Compensation: working at remote sites often means putting in extra hours, and it would be great to see some compensation for that extra time.

It's a company in initial phases. Very good and experienced department heads have been recruited but there are no ground people who can do the work. That is why at any point of time the work is directed but there is no action. Excessive review is done. Review and documentation is to such an extent that you will not get time to work.
