No job security, very old culture, can not developed your skills with using old software, no internet for designers, management not support, salary issues, cutting 30% salary from April to till date and they didn't give salary on the time. Companies policy is very bad. Their policies different for each person.

Dislikes

You can't learn here. Rules are like a school. You can't work with freedom. Using old software like corel 13, InDesign CS6, PageMaker. They didn't want to adopt new things. They blocked your mind. You can't develop your creativity skills here. If you want to use internet then you have to take permission from manager and IT department. Very bad culture for working.
