First thing of this company . If you have more then 3 year of experience . Please don't join I was left this organization within 2 month . 2- there are 2 member on this company one is subhan & shasi .both are 12th pass and behave like very knowledgeable person on this company.

I liked the projects that the Organization offered. Also I liked the coffee machine.

This organization is just filled with interns. More than 50% employees are interns. They don't have any management team at the moment since everybody resigned also the senior employees resigned as well(except 1-3 exceptions who are treating it as a government job and are in this organization for more than 5-10 years). The managers will miss plan projects and then from the very beginning when timelines are not met, the developers are asked to work 7 days a week. They are highly unethical as well, since they make fake promises to employee & then don't deliver when project is delivered. Also if you disagree with the manager (even if it is a professional conversation) they'll fire you without giving any reason. In my entire tenure in the company, I have seen multiple (more than 10-12) employees hassling for their experience letter no matter how long was their stay in the organization or how good they have performed. They believe that if someone has resigned from the Company, he is an enemy of the company. Adding on, the CEO will bring his multiple physical partners into the office to show off that he's the man and might even offer them a job in the office. The entire senior management has resigned in the past year because founders were very unprofessional in their conduct & organization is unstable from the core. Their is a huge disparity in the pay of a video editor & a developer. Being an IT Company, it doesn't make any sense. For example a developer with 1 year of experience is paid around 3 LPA where as a video editor with same YOE is paid around 12 + LPA and so on. Eariler compnay used to be a good company of proffessinals in every department with experts of their domain.

* Company appoints relatives only as CEO or on the higher position in the company. * They try to sell it like they are an MNC. but they are not they have just registered it outside india in usa where founders live. and running office from Gurgoan at completly act like a LALA Company. * Few people(not employee as they don't act like employee) like IT admin, Finance Head(call him self 'Finance Global Head' of a company which doesn't exists anywhere outside india except in usa that is too on paper only), HR (so called 'Associate HR Manager' of a team where no one exists except herself), and our hero the (Associate director) Su***n Ah***d who is do nothing but poking others and removing your hours from Jira and filling in his for doing nothing, so that at the time of appraisal he can show he is relevant for the company by doing nothing. so these four people are only permanent in the company because of their everyday conspiracies. * They don't hire proffessional just do so called 'Intership drive' just check HR's job posting of last 3 years 70-80% of there postings were this internship drive and then after hiring these interns company make them sign 2 years of bond of INR 2.5 lac in the name of training that they have provided during the internship which doesn't even exists. basically during these 3 months the will pay you 10000-15000 in the name of stipend and you need to learn everything of your own.
