Eariler compnay used to be a good company of proffessinals in every department with experts of their domain.

* Company appoints relatives only as CEO or on the higher position in the company. * They try to sell it like they are an MNC. but they are not they have just registered it outside india in usa where founders live. and running office from Gurgoan at completly act like a LALA Company. * Few people(not employee as they don't act like employee) like IT admin, Finance Head(call him self 'Finance Global Head' of a company which doesn't exists anywhere outside india except in usa that is too on paper only), HR (so called 'Associate HR Manager' of a team where no one exists except herself), and our hero the (Associate director) Su***n Ah***d who is do nothing but poking others and removing your hours from Jira and filling in his for doing nothing, so that at the time of appraisal he can show he is relevant for the company by doing nothing. so these four people are only permanent in the company because of their everyday conspiracies. * They don't hire proffessional just do so called 'Intership drive' just check HR's job posting of last 3 years 70-80% of there postings were this internship drive and then after hiring these interns company make them sign 2 years of bond of INR 2.5 lac in the name of training that they have provided during the internship which doesn't even exists. basically during these 3 months the will pay you 10000-15000 in the name of stipend and you need to learn everything of your own. There are endless pointer. which one can dislike about this company....Read More

Work Culture is excellent. Leadership team is very helpful. There is a gaming zone inside the company for chill out in between the work. Overall glad to be a part of this digital transformation company.

Learning and growth is been very good. Work Environment is good too. Only problem is the poor management / leaders.

Dislikes

No issues working with colleagues. Top level management is so poor. They discarded my Internship letter. They did not even picked my phone calls because I refused to sign the Service agreement while being underpaid.
