Very worst company i never seen in my entire career, 0% job security and worst management and they will fire you without notice and salary also will not give you and overall its a very worst experience. Please dont join this organisation.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
