Bhai Arun kya kar rha hai yaar tu? Bech baach de bhai company, ghar smbhal Apne product ka user interface dekha hai? Beesvi sadi ka product bech rha tu saamne bnda VWO na lele? The company has no stand against its competition, most of the clients don’t even stay for 2 months with ConvertCart, leave the clients even the employees don’t even stay for 2 months. It was not the same a while back. As soon as you get on floor you will be give 20 clients to handle at one go, since the person who is handling them is on notice period. For CRO you need to do research, what research will you do if you handle 20 clients at once? The account management team is literally led by 2 bootlicker Team leads who will do anything to please the management. Company is full of politics and toxicity....Read More

Nothing. Disappointing place to start your career. Business analyst job only requires you to fill excel sheet and documents. It'll take no more than two weeks to learn that entire process. Team leaders and senior management are busy fooling employees and customers in the name of conversion rate optimization. Job security is the onlyperk here and too because they pay you peanuts for it and the replacements are hard to come by because the candidate also ought to have 8 CGPA and ecommerce experience as a fresher....Read More

Everything, there is nothing to like here. Your colleagues that join with you soon turn toxic trying to please the senior management. One particular team leader will literally bend over backwards and screw her own team to be in the good books of the management, which is again led by clueless people who just want to scam one client after another and keep them blind folded for as long as possible. None of their products work as advertised, the way they acquire customers is also through false promises. And they are busy launching half finished product as final versions, that don't work, and then when the client churns due to no results, the blame shifts to the business analysts for not doing their job properly....Read More

You can learn some stuff here as a fresher if you are business analyst and then leave since there are no career growth opportunities, and the place is full of toxic CSM’s and Team leads who will harrass you. The only thing good here is on time salary and job security since every person keeps leaving in 3-4 months, and hiring takes time....Read More
