Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. I have worked in Convergence Infotech Limited as a software developer for 1year 4month in .net. Company works in .net and iOS domain. This is the best place for fresher. Teammates are very friendly. You can learn by yourself, they will give you time to explore. However, manager is non-technical so you will find difficulty to explainyour work to her. Initial salary is average, after 3 month they give increment (for fresher only). Job security is excellent, Company never fire any employee....Read More

They track their employees. They do appreciate good working employees. They don't give payslip. There isn't any deduction (eg. PF) on salary.
