Opportunities are provided to prove yourself and if you can grab them with both hands, there no looking back. Great salaries, very high than industry standards if you can prove yourself. Learning is great but you need to know whom to be with.

Dislikes

Unfortunately the processes are very ad-hoc because small teams handle huge number of clients. So it's a bit difficult to have work life balance. Once you are a QSA, there's lot more traveling to make work life balance worse.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
