No benefits, while resigning from the company they deduct the salary for health insurance to be paid for the financial year, almost 3 months deducted.

Complete site work. For passed out and mid level is good to join. Upto 6 years is good for gaining experience.( For bachelors) is good.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
