Company is good for stability and if you are eager to learn new technology by your own.

Dislikes

Work environment n culture is a bit uncomfortable if someone is moving from MNC to this company

Work Details

Work was very less as ratio of project to manpower is very less.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
