Excellent product base company in automotive sector in INDIA. Excellent work culture and flexible working hours with no micro management.Increments are moderate. I worked in continental for 2 years and excellent worklifebalance but learning curve is too minimal as company is using inhouse software in most of the projects.

Food is Ok but not with respect to corporate standards.

It is relax environment if you don't want stress in your life it is the company to go for. If you are embedded and automotive industry it is one of the best organisation.

Dislikes

There is almost no growth in terms of your skill if you are into Software development especially in Java and web development and DevOps area. They have some nonsense practices interma of that.

I work in smart mobility as Cloud Developer. I have been in this company for close to 1.5 years. I regret joining this team in Bangalore. Most of the teams under this SMY division in Bangalore is very poor. This place is suitable if you are in the experience level is up to 3 experience. If you are more than 5 years experienced please don't join for any of the teams as Java Developer. Ideally you should not be spending more than 2 years here. Company is good unfortunately teams are very bad. Poor Hiring policies. Leads and Architect PLEASE Avoid joining this place, I have seen manager taking review of colleagues with 6 to 7 years experience from 3 year junior ? Politics at highest level in most of the teams. None of the teams are good here. If you are coming from good technical place or good engineering company avoid joining this place. Mangers will be good in the beginning this is just to retain candidates because they might scout for another job with in the month of joining. Once market recovers they will have to start recruiting candidates again as most of them are looking for new opportunities already and most folks have not completed 2 years yet. People are mostly from one region of South Indian community creating enough chaos and groupism among themselves. Talents here are not that great with extremely poor communication skills. Hires candidates from TCS with 2 to 3 years experience, you will end up training them for next 1 year mostly filled with Juniors every where....Read More
