Likes

Good work environment and culture. Team member are supporting but no coordination between Taiwan management and Indian team .company policies are good

Dislikes

Salary not equal accordingly grades and carrier growth very slow and no job security

Job security - Poor

Work Details

Very struggle in my 12 year career. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get tast of different roles within the same team

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
