As a fresher you'll get to learn a lot of financial concept and implement it for the deliverables.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

There's no job security. Freshers are hired with the expectations of them working as experienced and experts. By that I mean they are expected to hustle, give up the personal and family time as well. So there's definitely no work life balance. And let's say if they don't meet the expectations, they are removed without batting an eye.
