My stay with Concor was very short at Assistant level, scope of learning was good .

Job security - Good

Dislikes

The company was growing but staff was very limited and with lack of basic need of staff, which forced me to decide very soon to leave a company which was growing very fast.

Work satisfaction - Poor
Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

It was very hectic with no certain weekly off. Was being assigned two shift duties without break at non hygienic condition without clean drinking water & hygienic food , resulted jaundice .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
