Only profile is good. Working for Big4. But the work culture is pathetic. Management fluctuations. No fix rules n regulations, keeps on changing.. No appreciation but quick escalations for any mistakes. No job security. N notice period is 3 months.. No documents on time.. etc..

No training,no career growth, work life not balance, no appraisal on time.

Wasnt very sure about the job when i took it post a 2 year sabatical, that too working for a corporate. Just Deceided as there were few opportunities then post covid. Must say the gamble more than paid off. Last 8-9 months have been fantastic. Thoroughly enjoying the positions, client engagment, learning and personal development. Icing on the cake was that , started getting incentives directly in to my account post 3-4 months.
