1. Can learn about politics and apply for ministry 2. Plead for sick leave, forget about PTO leaves and comp. Off 3. Rarely mandate leave can be available 4. Third grade salary structure, only bucket keeper gets the best market value 5. Holding off bigger opportunities. I.e., if you try to appear for any good opportunities or any interview, consilio's management will get involved and cancelled your interview. 6. No Gender equality 7. No respect in work 8. Discouraging juniors by the senior management 9. Only bucket keeper will get outside opportunities 10. Toxic environment, people taunts everywhere. They will make life hell. There is hell lot of politics and the senior management is worse as they don't address our issues. Appraisals are very poor as you don't get proper hike as per the work you do, it's very meagre.
