Hardly anything to write........

Dislikes

Management is very biased towards tenured staff. Consero does not provide constructive feedback during appraisals to staff whose ratings are not favorable. Managers are advised to hush it up, many disgruntled staff......... No professional development trainings are provided........ Job security is totally absent.........

Work Details

Work is very hectic as managers and staff are squeezed to the maximum

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
