Worst Management in training in Axis process, highest number of attrition in all vertical. Just wasting my time as no learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Everything, management to peers . They make you travel unnecessary from ranigunj, Begumpet to pocharam just absolutely unworthy. Waiting for 1year completion else my cv gonna ruin.

Not at all supporting. I got Covid positive by going to office during pandemic, all the days I have not attended due to positive are being treated as loss of pay. Company doesn't care about employees lives. They only bother about business..... business........

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
