The role is very good to develop inter personal skills in a very short period of time .Team mates are supportive. One can able to handle multiple tasks and become an expertise in stakeholder management.

Dislikes

Job security is the major concern. Irrespective of your performance , you will be downsized based on last in first out if the crisis comes like COVID pandemic. Salary Increments are pathetic. There are no benefits like transportation. HRBP need to retain the employees and it is one of his / her KRA but for HR itself having no job security and career growth then here comes the challenge to retain the employees....Read More
