It was nice company when it was handle by Tata group now is worse, It was pathetic support by management after worked 11 years in same company, and immediately the felt that, I am not competent, and forcefully put on Benching.. I would not join again in this company in my entire life if the same management would be their.

Basically Management don't have any knowledge about what employee do what work, they only want work to be completed doesn't matter how, basically management need the training of basic employees work, so the can understand the work and understand what kind of challenges employee face at ground level. they basically not capable to be their.

Work Details

Generally management look those employees who basically weak and ready to do more work and any time and don't question about over work and harassment.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
