Support from superiors is missing if you complaint or try to change things or bring it to their notice ( Superior ) , they somehow revolve whole situation and make you as its victim or you change your own support system is not there they are all just worried about job that they will be getting fired or something like that so they directly or indirectly don't get into things if you do out of system / Box things . Everything was fine,my colleagues were good,all managers were so supportive that they support me in aspect of my work and in every moment.Very friendly environment was there.that's all i can say.🙂

Never ever join this company in finance. Its a big trouble for you, they will treat you like slave and after some time they will pressure you to leave the company. CAPEX IS ONE OF THE WORST PART OF CPRL. 12 employee leave within a year. The people who seated there from last 15 years and also from last 5 years is very bad mentality.
