Nothing to like but you can enjoy to see people other than finance

There is no any working SOP in finance, they are working on single rule (add the employee & train the employee for 6 months & just create the pressure on them so, he can leave the Mcdonald's in coming 6 months) so, thats why from finance department there are approx. 18 employees leave the finance in last 15 months. only old people have their monopoly No HR can help you, and no managment can help you. finance HOD & Managers have their own monopoly for promotions & facilities. Undue pressure for saturday & Sunday. Managers doesn't know how to use microsoft application they have only knowledge of pen & Paper so they are slow and they expects form you to be slow. They dominate you provide you work other than KRA. Please dont stuck on account of name of Mcdonald's Its a 100% lala company infact worse than lala company Only for finance* They ask you in interview for late seatings and HR will not available in interview and here is a glitch. Old finance employee just booking the invoices & taking salary more than CA's. so that's why these people never want to retain new employees. Never ever join this company in finance. Its a big trouble for you, they will treat you like slave and after some time they will pressure you to leave the company. CAPEX IS ONE OF THE WORST PART OF CPRL. 12 employee leave within a year. The people who seated there from last 15 years and also from last 5 years is very bad mentality.
