Only three directors of Kolkata are very helpful. This is the only thing which is good in this company.

Dislikes

Everything is bad. Please dont join in this company. If you need to be in trouble then you can be here. There is no policy, no PF, No mediclaim, No specific date of salary, no increment, no job security. As a HR I dont recommend this company to anyone.

Lots of oppertunities but poor management makes all differences.

Dislikes

job insecurity among the employee. Employee benefit policies are not correctly followed. Poor management system effects the employee future.

SEO people don't think about appraisal. if you will do something extraordinary they will be rewarded you a huge amount i.e. 1k at the end of the year.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
