No work life balance, makes you do cheap work which can be done by a non educated person. Irrespective of the position everyone does the same cheap work of getting sponsers, delegates. So overall just event management nothing else. They exploit the people with advance degrees. 1. They make the employees beggars by forcing them to ask funding from their member companies. 2. No medical Insurance 3. Horrible Appraisals. Delay by 6-8 months, probationary people are not confirmed after their probation period. Unethical behaviour of seniors. 4. Every one does the same job. 5. Everything is disliked. They don't have canteen. They pay 30 days salary without CL and PL and also without weekly OFF. 365 days working. Salary always comes late after date 15 . No suitable work , anytime any field work work have to do..

My boss Rohit Sir was a gem we all enjoy working under him he thought us how to work peacefully and maintain a good work culture After him we are really struggling for many things. Overall everyone is good to go

There is no incentive and we joined as a senior academic counsellor but now we are working as a BDM but our payroll is same. We have to travel almost daily
