The only plus in this company is work life balance. Flexibility of shifts and working form home gives a balance between your time with family and work. Nothing much exciting in work. Just work and get paid thats it.

Dislikes

Get a handsome hike and work for one-two years and move. That should be your thinking. No surety of appraisals and promotions. Career progression is not transparent and Promotions are biased. I stuck in this company for 10 good years and no single promotion, got no appraisal from last three years. Leadership is insensible about employees. When I left the company after 10 years, no one in company asked a single question. I worked here for 10 good years. I joined ACS then it turned to Xerox then Conduent. The work culture & employee satisfaction kept decreasing YOY. I got NO promotion in 10 years & NO appraisal from 3 years so finally I left it & no one asked me why

Flexibility. Basically, there is nothing to like about this organization until you are new here. They don't treat their employees well. They are still using very old technology which not going to help anyone. This organization is basically for 10+ experience people who don't want to change the organization and want to retire from here. DO NOT JOIN THIS ORGANIZATION IF YOU ARE BELOW 32 because they will make you forget everything you have learned and make you work on the old technologies which are not being used by any other organizations. Project is very complex. There is no way one can learn everything completely even in 10 years. Even manager or team lead doesn't have any idea about the work in many cases.
