My strongest recommendation to anyone considering joining this company: I advise against it. Allow me to share my personal experience of over a year: This company, based in Bangalore and Chennai, falls short of expectations for a product-based organization. The absence of well-defined policies and a distinct company culture makes for a challenging work environment. Unfortunately, you may encounter individuals who exhibit unethical behavior and take advantage of others. I urge you to exercise caution and not be swayed solely by monetary incentives. Since it is privately owned, the company operates within a controlled environment, which can foster a mindset of cost-cutting at the expense of employee well-being. Engineering Managers and Product Managers have been promoted through luck rather than merit, resulting in a hostile atmosphere. Furthermore, the absence of VP-level presence on-site, with most situated in the US or UK, leads to a lack of accountability. The support team, including the Head, HR, and VP, appears to be disconnected from the day-to-day happenings within the company. On a positive note, the CEO, CTO, and IT support team exhibit professionalism and competence. VP-level employees seem to be excessively occupied with trivial matters, while managers perpetuate favoritism, alcoholism, racism, and office politics. Management. Lack of transparency and accountability. The CTO is a joke. He is just taking advantage of CEO’s lack of knowledge in technology and milking the Conde cow. Neither are they doing a service to company, employees or at-least to them selves. Most of the managers are disengaged and encourage bullying to establish their hegemony.

It used to be until they fired US/UK management and moved everything to india

CTO sanjay is complete joke , fired too many people in 2023 and replaced those positions in india. hence the micromanagement has ramped up. totally lacks vision about products, overnight decisions. micromanagement of timing as well. constant torture emails from hr. person has to reach office before 11 am on his/her 3 days and complete 8.5 mandatory hours then after coming back if you have calls then you have to attend those making your work day over 10 hours. barely 10 people get promoted every cycle. bangalore office head is very arrogant and will never approve wfh request even if you have medical emergenncies. avoid this company ....Read More

The worst part is the culture which condenast has been changed. Micromanagement the leaders who were working in UK were removed and hired Indian management who are from serviced based company only knows to make life a hell. For name sake it is hybrid should stay at office for 8 hours . Their was so much scope but after Indian management everything became worst .
