Worst Behaviour from management team Harsh conversation, not listening to our pain points. New Director who came to Chennai is dictating like anything, piling up things in addition to our deliverables. All our soulful efforts were totally stealt from us and she is getting all credits for our efforts and not compensation in any means. I quit this job only because of New management who joined in Bangalore who is Dictating the chennai team like labourers. Heavily biased to Bangalore employees, No good ratings, no promotions alloted to Chennai even we are eligible to nominate. Everything. Team, communication, HR’s. This is one company where I can see the HR playing no roles. They come to sit, dance arrange the same activities all around the year and show zero concern about the employees. Talk about the management, they are least bothered to see what their employees are looking for. They definitely need to work on the management teams.

- Micromanagement is very high. - Promotion chances are very low. - Toxic work culture, politics every where. - Company don't want you stay in the org more than 2-3 years. - Never join the below teams : - Commerce Team - Martech (Global Migration Team / Billing Subs team) In above team, it's mostly support work, lot of politics and very less chances of getting promoted.

It used to be until they fired US/UK management and moved everything to india

CTO sanjay is complete joke , fired too many people in 2023 and replaced those positions in india. hence the micromanagement has ramped up. totally lacks vision about products, overnight decisions. micromanagement of timing as well. constant torture emails from hr. person has to reach office before 11 am on his/her 3 days and complete 8.5 mandatory hours then after coming back if you have calls then you have to attend those making your work day over 10 hours. barely 10 people get promoted every cycle. bangalore office head is very arrogant and will never approve wfh request even if you have medical emergenncies. avoid this company ....Read More

The worst part is the culture which condenast has been changed. Micromanagement the leaders who were working in UK were removed and hired Indian management who are from serviced based company only knows to make life a hell. For name sake it is hybrid should stay at office for 8 hours . Their was so much scope but after Indian management everything became worst .

Too volatile as a company strategy and plans keeps on changing over night. Difficult to be focussed in such volatile environment. Better avoid any media organization in the era of AI
