I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Safe & helpful environment. Salary on time. Account managers nice as they also have more pressures than us so as usual they talk badly sometime, if we judge somebody behaviour just because of shouting its not a right way. Just spend more time and know more about it. Just say don't judge a book by it's cover.......
