Best part is that you get to maintain a work life balance. You generally have no issues while getting leaves approved being a part of special services. I have no clue about the operations. I don't know about the appraisal part because I joined 1.6 years back and it has happened to me yet . May be by August it will. Team mates are good to you ( on your face) but I guess it's probably with most of the companies. Yes, they do run a messy politics like giving preferences to a particular employees and sometimes favouritism prevails as well. Work environment and crowd especially for the domestic process is savage. I have hardly seen communicating in English which is the official language. They don't even give you any appreciation or try to improve your skills. One side transport is also a mess and the allowance they give you is not sufficient to cover the 21 days of one side travel. The only thing that makes me stay n keep going is my job. I like the kind of work i am being designated to do and I am focused. That's all....Read More
