Could maintain work ethics with the peer group...maintain good rapport with colleagues...work in a dedicated manner...had an awesome day to day experience in work...could learn the work through proper training...worked for 4 and a half years (4yrs and 3months)...they gave us in the beginning day shift...

From day shift to night was a big burden and a hectic for employees...finally no cab facilities were provided...

It was an amazing experience working with cnx. I honestly don't think that I'll get to work in such an environment which is so employee friendly.. I miss that place ☹️
