Job is secure but what is the point when the workload is extensive and the cost cutting is high even in hiring people when the workload is too much.

Incentive parameters/schemes are made in such a way none can achieve it. Transport is the worst of all. Wfh for this company is a curse to the employees webcam is attached to the computer and they will keep watch on you, no one should be in the room, no mobile nothing

Great/Supportive colleagues to work with. No employee firing with out major escalation from client. Good company to work with but a lot of policy modification required to be an employee friendly company.

1. Worst Leave policy, no leaves for Covid patients where many other companies provide paid leave. 2. Atorocious annual hike. 3. No proper carrer growth plan. 4. No proper learning or skills improvement plan for employees. 5. No proper feedbacks from managers to employess throughout the year, feedbacks are given only during appraisal discussion. 6. No bonus, no bounties for good work. 7. All the decisions (hikes, promotions, policies etc) are managed by 2-3 persons in management. 8. I feel little bit of language partiality(towards Telugu speaking people) while giving hikes, promotions, most internal meetings happen in local language and then translated to non local employees...Read More
