Want to switch to MNC...need help

Hi, need help.currently I am employed with Axis Bank. I am an ex Citibanker. I am not liking the axis Bank culture at all..kindly advise how to switch from a bank to MNC companies...I don't have contacts and want to make my career in MNC company. Current package is 14.4 additionally bonus and all contributes to overall package to 17.3. Can anybody help me getting a job in company like Genpact, concentrix etc.

Teammates are great and will help you out in tough situations.Incentives are great depending on your performance.

Dislikes

Work life balance is terrible.Politics is there in the floor.No Motivation from the seniors as they will always prefer their favourite employees.Plus Higher management team is not good.Also the management does not care for the employee's Health situation which can arise due to hectic travelling day in and dayout and food quality is not good in the cafeteria.

Nothing much to like about concentrix, apart from the incentive system on making sales

Dislikes

There is no work life balance, 6 days work that too rotational week off, not much to learn, lack of transparency in management,. Limited growth opportunity, the basic salary is very low, the policies are more client friendly than employee centric.
