The best thing in concentrix was my process where I shifted after working with the worst set of people ever. My process has the best seniors and team I could think of.

I gradually started to dislike the fact that it is tough to maintain work life balance in rotational shifts. But I would not blame CNX for this but our need to work for American processes. Although, we should negotiate that we as Indians have some leave preferences and very important rituals to follow. Also, everything was going good untill WFH ended and office is opened for no solid reason.

For some it might be great but for me night shifts sometimes is a pain. But that is not CNX's fault.

I like the work culture and supportive staff. Job security. Flexible working hours. Leave mangement, Low Work pressure, Internal job promotions are easy to process. Building is very good and inside facilities also.

Dislikes

Compensation is very low. My only disappointment is salary. Internal job promotion will not increase much salary. didn't focus on one skill building moving employees from one LOB to other is very often.

Well work life is only good when you are working from home. Travelling takes almost 12+ hours of a day.

Company is good for freshers as they will learn new skills and new information about job and process related. Chances for growth are very much less as they will move you from one process to other due to this you will not get chance for IJP and you will be in same position for years.
