It was a wonderful experience. Very nice teammates and easily approachable seniors make the work environment very nice.

It was bit difficult to earn incentives because of the constant change in incentive plan..score points criteria used to change every now and then

It was good experience in handling pressure. Very good transport facility. Even if you miss company cab, company can send you another cab after the approval of the team leader.

Dislikes

Too much pressure to make sales leading to customer dissatisfaction. I do not like the idea of that being in the customer service. I accept up-selling, introducing and educating on the availability of plan benefits and eligibility.
