The job security and also how effective it is in terms of learning and giving new opportunities.

Dislikes

Though you get promotions and everything but the only challenge is they don’t change or revise the new salary as per market, it will be a flat increment which is very nominal and also the yearly appraisal those are something which is also very nominal to negligible. At times it feels like a person is underpaid, this place really has to work on this part.
