-You get daily ₹140 for your snacks which can be dispensed from the vending machine -One time meal- Non Veg ,Veg and Continental; menu is sent a few days prior to start of the new week. -Hybrid model- it's 3 days in office mandatory -You get gifts throughout the year. -Two appraisal cycles in a year- you perform well, you will likely get a hike -Spot bonus for best performance in a team/ department -If you're working in night shifts, you will get both side cabs. Dangerous office politics- you will find yourself in treacherous waters. Tread carefully or else you may even end up a scapegoat for someone else's blunder. HRs- namesake morons, they hardly meet you. Forget your grievances, it goes unheard. Bottomline is, unless you work in the capacity of a manager, you are always at risk.
