It is even embarrassing to call it a company, it is rather a gang of people who are in management harrassing employees. It is a worst place to work. Even call center jobs are much better. I warn you do not waste your time here. They do not train freshers just ask them to convert leads without proper guidance. Most of the positive reviews are written by their own people. Management does not care about the employees. They have no IT team, no proper office setup, no support but strict on entry timing. People here work overtime but no recognition from management. I don't know how they are still surviving with this low mentality. They give immense pressure to employees. Discrimination is normal here. They are always ready to deduct salary of employees so no job security. If you are planning to join here then I suggest to join as security guard of any other company....Read More

Again they are extremely biased towards seniors. They harass juniors. Be very careful after joining. You might or might not get your salary even after correcting all your mistakes in work. They'll promise you salary and then won't provide
