Honestly, management is extremly biased. They do a lot of things to keep their company's image look good in social media. This company is a trap, if you join, you will simply waste your time. Management has unrealistic expectations from junior executives. There are also some dark stories happened in this company that I cannot tell.

Every...bad management, Biased. No care of employees. No salary growth. Office environment is poor. Poor work structure. Overtime daily (1 hour - 3 hours). Hire & fire every month so no job security. Deduct salary even if 1 minute late. I think one of the worst place to work here. It is a complete nightmare working here. Office is located in a chapri place...

Imagine the worst possible experience an employee can encounter in office. Everything you can imagine is applicable here and more. From not paying salary on time to not paying your salary at all, everything is possible and practised here.

Nothing to like here except executives working here because most of them are cooperative and friendly.

Dislikes

Everything from top level management to lower level management, no one is good. Small office space with unhygienic washroom. Management treats employees as robots. Too much work pressure but can learn if you are in data-entry work here. Also, office politics is too much.
