The company has very nice and unique product. They are leading company in that segment. There is a lot to learn for .net as well as sql developer. The most important thing here you would learn how to work. The company follows every coding standards, thats why clients trust them. Must join the firm.

Dislikes

Only for sql developer the cons is technology, if you look out in industry you would face some issues in finding new jobs. Other than that i dont find any cons. Would strongly recommend cssi. A company to watch out for.

I became a master of SQL server and working with databases. Otherwise no work-life balance and if you are working in the Ahmedabad branch, then you will face the worst management staff especially Mr. Bijal Shah.

Dislikes

Ahmedabad branch: Typical gujju company. They will treat you like a labourer. No HR department in Ahmedabad. Worst office. Don't join it, please.
