The only thing which I felt Compunnel assisted me in my career is the knowledge I got from my colleagues.

Dislikes

- You can't expect Work-Life balance if you there on the sales side of Compunnel Digital, - You feel a toxic environment every single day when you working even if you doing - Micro-management - Company Culture is pathetic all thanks to the leaders managing the sales team

Team and manager both were fantastic. Loved working there.

Dislikes

Frequent changes in processes was a bit challenging to adapt and perform.

Work Details

My primary job was to provide Sales accepted leads. Approach CXO level people in US and Canada market, demonstrate company capabilities, success stories, modus operandi and convince them to associate with us for their IT related challenges and requirement

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
