Lot to learn, there is currently no management body in the company, co workers are sometimes helpful, most of the time harsh.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Could reduce the working hours, could be more honest about their work because I was told to recruit people based on quality not quantity, however after sometime the quantity became the prime factor.

The work Culture,The employees are Non Cooperative,The owner Manoj Periwal is a Corrupt,Exploitive,Insensitive to its employees.He used to Pressurise the employee to meet deadlines,and threaten them with termination,if they failed to do so.Did not give apppointment Letter.Poor Salary,Overtime of Employees without any proper Compensation.
