No job security especially site manager name is bharath he is just psychopath he always show his manager attitude. No fixed week off. Fixed week off is only for seniors. Company is best ever to say. Management is 00000000000%

Good Work-Life balance and a flexible leave policy. Being a product company, no high work-pressure. However you need to be ultra-proactive if you want to from in this Company. Career Growth: Near Zero career growth which is the most disappointing fact. Maybe you can grow in management side but no technical growth. Salary: Salary is good and company gives bonuses depending on profit. But no parity check in a team. My juniors were earning 2 lacs more than me anually. Appraisal: This is also very disappointing. Appraisal cycle starts in the end of April & if you have joined after May, you won't get it that year. Also once appraisal is approved, it comes to effect on September only. So eventually you need to wait 2 years for appraisal. Politics: Too much politics, at least between the team I worked on & the India HR, management. Even-though the project director from US approves something, the India HR & management rejects it. Would you see that anywhere else ? Policy: It's like the old Kingdom-ship. Suddenly they can do anything. For me, when I joined notice period was 1 month. Suddenly 1 fine morning, they changed it to 3 months. For one of my colleague, he got his designation changed 1 fine morning like this. There is absolutely no process controlling all these. Innovation: This also near zero. I'm very disappointed to write this review. Working in cyber security would be dream for many, comodo is good in welcoming freshers for cyber security, at the same time I'm afraid to say that freshers would need to sacrifice their self respect and diginty to work here, especially with their boss. Employees are treated like school kids here. Complaining Managers to HR would only fall on deaf ears. Career growth in comodo is very low. I would suggest freshers to join comodo, learn technology and leave comodo to get a good growth in career....Read More
