I started as senior copywriter and have seen the ups and downs the company went through in 6 years. I have grown in terms of professionalism and as an individual along with CC. Very vibrant culture, humane boss, friendly colleagues. Salary comes on time and men are respectful to women. Many celebrations and freedoms that one won't get at any other place except this. When I was promoted as a group head here I was blessed with talented youngsters and supportive team leaders. In turn, I uplifted the career of 9-10 deserving performers. We did have our fair share of unprofessional employees who did more harm than good, and in a few instances we were not quick enough to get rid of them. Would only suggest to anyone considering employment with CC to use your own brains before taking a decision and not base it on the revengeful narrow minded hearsay of a non performer.
