Company provide full job security and work culture also good. Company management help me to grow ny skills.

There is lots of policy in comany which is not good. Salary is less as per work and position. Time management also not satisfying.on the job training and certification not provided by company for career.

My job is intesting in beginning but no new learning after a long time. I learnt lots of thing on the job. Management also transparent. I got a chance to visit many area to improve my skills for attending customer. Overall experience is good.

Working environment is good management is transparent. No has developed policy in company appraisal very slow beetween duration minimum 2 year's Engineers and Manager time to time changing due to Sellery issue.

Dislikes

Appraisal very slow importance only work not the resolve staff issues.
