Pleasant atmosphere creates a wonderful aroma of working. Entertainment during work is a set example for all the big companies. My superiors always guide us to take the lead.

All the staff members are very helpful , working environment is good. They already divided their work for their staff members, always motivate and build the leadership quality .

Dislikes

The work structure is very flexible in nature, more friendly nature between the staff member .

Work Details

They give us a proper schedule for our work, holidays ,working hours . So it help us to manage our time also. There is no clash between the time management and the staff member for related their work because they divide the whole work in a better scenario

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
