The extremely high satisfying office atmosphere & work culture. Good compensation & benefits like free lunch etc. Very well designed & maintained office looks. High value as it's a product based & has several products with them. You name it, we have it kinda organization.

Nothing much. Seems to be pretty good for now.

just indian managers being indian managers. always overworking. I am mapped under US director so it was cool. Indian managers try to create politics, overwork themselves and others. the folks outside India are chill

there is always a bias if you are not a person originated from TamilNadu. It always been there within the team very poor appraisals and promotions are long lost hope and if you are joining as a fresher brace yourself for everything

Good culture and employee-centric policies. Chill work environment and encourages good WLB. Free Udemy access and lot of trainings to upskill yourself. Also have tie up with top institutes for higher education programs (subsidized). Lot's of events round the clock and gives nice goodies on December and a Diwali bonus.

Dislikes

Annual hikes are very less around 10% max. If you don't get promoted to next level in 2-3 years, you will be underpaid. Also internal promotions hikes are less (around 15%). Bad food options in the office and the tech park is in a really bad location, right opposite to garbage dump.

Don't expect promotion and good hike for what you do even if you put lot of effort and worked beyond the goals. There is a lot of politics. They support and work more for women's growth.
